by Lea on July 9, 2012

All of this talk about BLOGHER!! Blogher this Blogher that! And Yes of course, The Krazy Coupon Queen is going! Its less than Weeks away and people are FREAKING OUT!! ♩♪♫♬ Its all about the scheduling scheduling scheduling. I don’t need your travel agent I need to schedule my Blogher Trip.♩♪♫♬  So yes I’m going to talk about scheduling and organizing all of these parties, session, and meet ups with brands.

Going to a Conference as big as Blogher, you must plan, plan, plan and MORE plan.

I want to Sight See while I’m at blogher, is this possible?

As BlogHer is in New York City this year, I have heard alot of people say “I want to sight see while I’m there.” If you plan to sight see I guess you come one/two days early or stay after. BlogHer is crazy how it is and if you throw sight seeing in there, kinda makes it impossible unless you plan to miss somethings at the conference. Why not come a day early or stay a day late to enjoy the city before/after the BlogHer madness. Below are some at some tours you might want to check out! I plan to go on atleast on if not both. I will be coming 2 day before BlogHer and staying 1 day later.

Where there parties, there’s planning!! Where there planning, there branding!

As most of you know there is all of these parties and meeting all the brands at Blogher. Whether its a official BlogHer party or an un-official, There still parties and Still Brands for those parties! Parties and Meeting so many Brands are the One thing that make BlogHer one of the craziest conferences. You must plan for these parties and meeting all of these brands! If you don’t plan where your going to what location for what party or what brand your going to see. And how you might see them, You just might have a problem. I HIGHLY recommend using Google Calendar or Cozi. Personally I like use google calender. Google calender lets you color code things and share with your friends, where as Cozi you must share your passwords and how not. Both sync straight on to your devices and you can see/edit them on the computer. Below is a Picture of my Google calendar and below that is a LIVE Calendar from Google. Google lets you embed your calender in to your website, kinda handy.

A Picture of what it looks if you were to Plan it out. Click On it to see Better.

What is looks like if you Embed it to your Website. This is LIVE too. HERE is the Link also! NOTE: Subject to change.

Another random scheduling tip: Put the times you sign up for in to the calendar instead of the exact event time. You might find you are working with more or less time the more specific you are. Love this post! It's making me feel better about my BlogHer schedule. :-)

Great tips for someone like me who is a newbie trying to figure out where to start planning everything out! Luckily I am in NYC a few times a year so I don't need to worry about squeezing in the site seeing. There is already so much going on at the conference!
